Smilefolk Updates

How We're Responding to COVID-19

Operating Info

As the current COVID-19 pandemic continues, Smilefolk remains committed to keeping our patients and team members safe.

Some of our ongoing safety protocols include:

- Temperature and COVID-19 symptom checks for patients, team members and visitors
- Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer use
- Pre-treatment peroxide rinses
- Increased use of Personal Protective Equipment during patient care
- Sanitation and disinfection of frequently contacted surfaces throughout the office
- Limiting the number of appointments reserved at all times
- Minimizing the number of persons within the office at any time

We encourage you to make appointments by phone or online, and request that you wear your face mask upon entering our office. Please limit your accompanying guest to 1, and only if they are essential to your care (e.g., a caregiver, translator).

For new patients, please have your New Patient Forms completed prior to your visit and email them to hello@smilefolk.com. You may find them under ‘Patient Resources’. (If you prefer to send your information encrypted, please let us know so that we can send you an invitation to our secure email service.)

Note: If you, or someone you have been in close contact with, are experiencing flu-like symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19, and/or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, contact our office and we will assist you with rescheduling your appointment for a later date (a minimum of 10 days after first symptoms, exposure, or positive test).

Thank you for your continued encouragement and support as our community continues to navigate through these circumstances!
